Tawasul Transport has been awarded ISO 9001: 2015 Certification for its entire Management Services from QA International Certification Limited, U.K. This highly regarded International Certification is a proof of our commitment to the highest standards of quality management and is an affirmation of it’s Leadership’s dedication to the continual quality improvement. Tawasul Transport has developed, implemented and has been maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. In fulfilling these requirements, entire range of business processes had to be integrated in the QMS. Further, this was achieved by monitoring the efficiency and efficacy of these processes through internal & external audits, maintaining flawless records, periodically reviewing the QMS for effectiveness, and adopting a critical approach to facilitate constant improvement. This was a rigorous process involving internal and external evaluations of QMS, identifying nonconformities and taking corrective measures to ensure continual quality improvement.
